Passman Leonard is an established independent firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Tax Advisors based in West Drayton and Hammersmith, with staff and consultants who have been serving the West London area for over 20 years.

The firm has three partners, each with over a decade’s experience, plus a team of professionals with expertise in helping a vast range of small and medium-sized companies and business, along with private individuals. Q: Why should I change accountants?
A: If your current accountant is offering you an excellent pro-active service at a reasonable price then stick with them. But there are many accountants out there who don’t provide a complete service and don’t save you the maximum amount of tax. Q: Is it difficult changing accountants?
A: Not at all. You will need to sign a couple of forms and then we will do the rest. We will contact your previous accountant and ask for the information we need from them to ensure the transition is painless and seamless for you.
Q: You seem to offer a lot. Are your fees expensive?
A: We base our fees on the level of value we provide to our clients. We are not always the cheapest as we always we ensure we do the job right without cutting corners, which from experience always ends up being the cheaper route for clients in the long run. However, we are certainly not expensive and offer excellent value for money based on the value we provide. And we never give client surprises. We always communicate our fees before starting our work.
Q: My accounts aren’t due for ages so why should I change accountants now?
A: The critical difference between a traditional bean counter and progressive accountants like us is we offer real-time invaluable tax and business advice and help shape your future, not just report on your past. Q: Do I have to come to your office for the consultation?
A: Not at all. Some people like to come to us to see where we operate and maybe they don’t have a suitable place to hold the meeting. But we also like to see you as it helps us understand your business. We would gladly meet you where ever suits you best, whether that is your office, your home, our office or a local coffee shop. As with all our clients, we are flexible to your needs
Q: How soon can you come and see us?
A: We aim to always fit in with our clients’ needs. If you need to see us urgently, we will do our utmost to see you straight away. We are always out and about and can arrange to see you very quickly. And between 9 am and 5.30pm weekdays our office is still open if you need to pop in and speak with someone without notice.
Q: Is your quote guaranteed?
A: We are not in the business of offering low-ball quotes just to win business, and then hike it up later. We base our fees on the likely work required and will endeavour to stick to the costs quoted. Assuming the work involved was that expected and agreed, then we will guarantee to hold to our quote. If there were a specific reason why the amount of work required far exceeded expectation, we would sit down and discuss this with you.
